What is this treatment and how does it work?
A custom facial is a professional treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates your skin using products chosen for your skin type that day. Dermaplaning uses a sterile blade to gently remove dead skin and fine peach fuzz, and spray tanning gives you an even, sunless glow.
Who is this best for?
Everyone. Facials work for all skin types and ages — whether you are new to skincare, maintaining a healthy routine, or preparing for an event. Dermaplaning is great if you want instantly smoother, brighter skin.
What skin concerns does it address?
Dullness, dryness, congestion, uneven texture, fine dehydration lines, and tired-looking skin. It is also ideal before weddings, photos, or trips.
What benefits can I realistically expect?
Skin that looks brighter, feels smoother, and absorbs your home products better — often visible right away. Deeper concerns like scarring or pigment need a series or one of our advanced treatments; a facial is maintenance, not a cure.
What happens during the appointment?
We start with a short skin consultation, then cleanse, exfoliate, perform extractions if needed, apply a mask and finishing products. Every step is explained as we go, and you are welcome to ask questions at any point.
How long does it take, and what is the downtime?
Most facials take 30–75 minutes depending on the treatment. Downtime is little to none — you may leave slightly pink, but you can go right back to your day.
How often should I come in?
For healthy, maintained skin we recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks, which matches your skin's natural renewal cycle.
Who should avoid this treatment?
We reschedule facials and dermaplaning if you have an active cold sore, open skin, sunburn, or a recent wax or strong at-home exfoliation. We will screen for this when you book so there are no surprises.
How should I prepare, and how do I care for my skin after?
Arrive with a clean face if you can, and skip strong actives the day of your visit. Afterwards, wear SPF, avoid exfoliants and heavy actives for 24–48 hours, and keep your skin hydrated.
